In this class, we blend the strength and precision of Classical Pilates with a Holistic approach that nurtures the body, calms the mind and supports overall well being. Through intentional breathwork, controlled movement, and a focus of inner awareness, you'll build core strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility, while also creating a space for stillness, balance, and renewal
from within.

My Classes will typically begin with breathing and alignment, progressing to flowing sequences that emphasize precision and control. Suitable for all levels as modifications are offered to meet individual needs. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and reconnected with your body.
My classes will also use small equipment to add variety, challenge, and support to traditional mat-based exercises.
These tools can intensify core engagement, improve alignment, or assist movement for greater accessibility.
